At the annual 14C International Cool Climate Chardonnay event held at 13th Street Winery in Jordan over 400 guests spent a wonderful summer evening sipping Chardonnay whilst enjoying Cedar Plank Salmon infused with maple and grain mustard on boston leaves and Porchetta cooked on the roasters and over open fires prepared by PigOut Chefs. Guests danced the night away around the fires on this magical evening.
What better way to celebrate a birthday and spend Canada Day with all your pals than at a backyard bbq, and the easiest way for Beth and Josh to feed all their friends was to arrange a whopping Pig Roast, personal friend and PigOut Niagara Head Chef Drew was on hand to oversee the roasting and carve up the pig. A few beverages were consumed along the way!
The best season of all is Asparagus season, particularly when wrapped in smoked bacon and cooked on the bbq, a favorite with early summer Brides.
