At the annual 14C Inter­na­tional Cool Cli­mate Chardon­nay event held at 13th Street Win­ery in Jor­dan over 400 guests spent a won­der­ful sum­mer evening sip­ping Chardon­nay whilst enjoy­ing Cedar Plank Salmon infused with maple and grain mus­tard on boston leaves and Porchetta cooked on the roast­ers and over open fires pre­pared by PigOut Chefs. Guests danced the night away around the fires on this mag­i­cal evening.

What bet­ter way to cel­e­brate a birth­day and spend Canada Day with all your pals than at a back­yard bbq, and the eas­i­est way for Beth and Josh to feed all their friends was to arrange a whop­ping Pig Roast, per­sonal friend and PigOut Nia­gara Head Chef Drew was on hand to over­see the roast­ing and carve up the pig. A few bev­er­ages were con­sumed along the way!

The best sea­son of all is Aspara­gus sea­son, par­tic­u­larly when wrapped in smoked bacon and cooked on the bbq, a favorite with early sum­mer Brides.
