Working alongside her husband, Alan, Anne created a concept that is all about creating a consistently high-quality guest experience every time.
Alan has owned and operated hotels, award-winning restaurants and an extensive event catering business, and he knows more than anyone the hassles of offsite catering. He worked with engineers to develop the cutting-edge PigOut Roaster and multipurpose outdoor cooking centre, which has revolutionised off-site event catering.
