Anne and Alan Dick­son are the heart and soul behind the suc­cess of PigOut Cater­ing. Fol­low­ing 25-​plus-​year careers in restau­rant, hos­pi­tal­ity and busi­ness own­er­ship, the Dick­sons know what it takes for a busi­ness to suc­ceed – a great prod­uct, excel­lent sup­port and con­tin­ual growth opportunities.

With prior expe­ri­ence cook­ing in 4– and 5-​star pro­fes­sional kitchens as well as event man­age­ment, Anne under­stands that in order for a cater­ing con­cept to work, it must be sim­ple, pro­fes­sional and work every time. Work­ing along­side her hus­band, Alan, Anne cre­ated a con­cept that is all about cre­at­ing a con­sis­tently high-​quality guest expe­ri­ence every time.

Alan has owned and oper­ated hotels, award-​winning restau­rants and an exten­sive event cater­ing busi­ness, and he knows more than any­one the has­sles of off­site cater­ing. He worked with engi­neers to develop the cutting-​edge PigOut Roaster and mul­ti­pur­pose out­door cook­ing cen­tre, which has rev­o­lu­tionised off-​site event catering.
